Ľubomíra Slušná-Franz is a personality who, during her career, has initiated and implemented dozens of successful projects within national and international contexts. Under her leadership in the past 15 years, Association for Culture, Education and Communication (ACEC) has been carrying out projects aimed at promoting international cultural exchange, strengthening and improving communication, interpersonal relations, social affairs and education implemented in New York, Washington DC, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Vienna, Prague, Warsaw, Sarajevo, Belgrade , Minsk and others.

Since 2002, the Association has been carrying out projects for the Roma minority in Slovakia. Ľubomíra Slušná – Franz is the author of educational programs aimed at promoting education and improving the health situation and living standards of the segregated Roma settlements in Slovakia. These projects also include Healthy Communities project and Together for Better Health project which currently employ 193 Roma Health Mediators and their Coordinators in 174 Roma settlements.

In 2012, Ľubomíra initiated the establishment of the Platform for Support of Health of Disadvantaged Groups (PSHDG), which brings together organizations involved in addressing health issues in Roma settlements in Slovakia. Ľubomíra is a member of its Steering Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Healthy Communities NPO. Ľubomíra Slušná – Franz is a founder and managing director of the Communication, ltd. aimed at promoting and developing communication skills and abilities of individuals and groups, and METEST©, ltd. aimed at identifying and using personal potential.
